June 28, 1914: a few shots ring through the streets of Sarajevo,
a single act of terror and the whole world was engulfed in war.
Not any war that might flare up in this or that region.
It was the first of its kind, the First World War.
It not only changed the political layout and power structures of Europe,
it brought down empires, upset social structures and shook society's very foundations.

For years it raged around the globe. Initially fought
with colorful uniforms and flying banners, it soon changed its appearance.
Technical innovation and ever more sophisticated weapons
were introduced on the battlefield, went aloft and dug into the mire.
Tanks and aircraft, heavy artillery and rattling machine guns,
barbed wire and deeply entrenched bunkers changed the image of the war,
requiring new strategies and tactics and heralding the birth of modern times.

It was the War to end all wars.

Even 60 years after World War 2 this war has lost none of its fascination,
both in its technological progress and the large scale of its battles.
Within this concept RoS will develop a realtime strategy series ('on all fronts')
divided in 4 parts, representing the whole story of World War 2.

It will start with "Eastern Front - the hardest campaign" and will feature all thatres of war,
from the initial conflicts to the intense material-devouring battles,
from the small post WW 1 tank technology to the colossal tanks of the wars end.

Beside the streets, shops and bars there will be dungeons like
yards and barns, gambing halls and clubs, the opera and optiun caves
which is the right background for the charakters in the game.

the unique adventue of its own kind.
